- User Groups: This acts as the administrative foundation for access control. Instead of assigning permissions to individuals one by one, you create groups (e.g., "Support Staff," "Finance Managers") and assign specific roles and permissions to those groups. Any user added to a group inherits those capabilities.
- Master Agent: A Master Agent is typically at the top of a sales hierarchy. They oversee a large territory or a network of sub-distributors. They often have the authority to manage accounts, view high-level revenue reporting, and monitor the performance of all entities beneath them.
- Distributor: Distributors sit in the middle of the supply chain. They purchase inventory or products (such as SIM cards or airtime) from the Master Agent or directly from the service provider and distribute them to retailers. They are responsible for managing their own smaller network of retailers.
- Retailer: The Retailer is the point-of-sale level. This is the storefront or individual entity that interacts directly with the end customer to activate accounts, sell top-ups, and handle basic customer service requests.
- Employee: This category is for internal staff members of your own company. It allows you to define who within your organization has access to the back-office tools, customer management, inventory controls, and system configurations necessary to run the business.
